Delivery
Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. Please contact us for details outside UK Mainland (this includes the Scottish Highlands)
We use Royal Mail for smaller orders, and couriers (mainly DPD) for heavier items.
Delivery charges are based on our cost price.
If you have specified a date for delivery, please note we cannot guarantee that date but we will do our very best to make it happen.
Please note that occasionally we may need to substitute items in hampers where next day delivery is required and items are out of stock in order not to disappoint.
Delivery is free when you spend £75 and over, and £4.50 for orders under £75.
Hampers currently are FREE DELIVERY and FREE PERSONALISED MESSAGE.
Smaller items are usually delivered within 5 working days, Monday to Saturday, 7.30am - 6.30pm. Some couriers may deliver slightly earlier or later.
Once your item has left our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with tracking information.
Couriers we use for standard deliveries include Royal Mail, Evri, DHL and DPD.
